  • Purchase, maintain, and keep records of necessary office supplies and equipment.
  • Record daily vehicle routes and usage.
  • Monitor and control vehicle fuel consumption.
  • Maintain records of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Handle official visits and communications with government offices.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
