1. Office supply inventory control
• Maintain accurate records of office supplies, consumables, and stationery stock.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Coordinate with departments for supply requests, approvals, and timely issuance.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage for all office items.
• Manage purchase requests, and reorder levels.
• Prepare monthly inventory usage and cost reports for management review.
• Identify and implement cost-control measures to minimize wastage.
2. Departmental data management & control
• Maintain and update department-related data (service contracts, utilities tracking, maintenance logs, etc.).
• Ensure all operational forms, records, and templates are updated and properly version-controlled.
• Support data consolidation for departmental reports, dashboards, and audits.
• Maintain digital and hardcopy filing systems to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Track department KPIs and generate monthly performance summaries.
3. Process improvement & compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory control, administration, or data management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and data management tools (ERP or inventory software preferred).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
