Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and adequately stocked
  • Handle office maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary
  • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle official documents, letters, and correspondence
  • Ensure confidentiality of company records
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
  • Monitor service contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.)
  • Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and functional
  • Provide administrative support to different departments
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
  • Ensure administrative processes follow company policies
  • Support implementation of administrative procedures and improvements

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Professional diploma or certificate in Administration, HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of office procedures, procurement, and facility management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicts.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
