We are looking for a motivated and responsible “ Senior Admin Executive “to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, proactive, and eager to develop their career in an international business Export & Import environment.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
. Communicate with local and international partners
. Coordinate export shipments (rice , seafood) end-to-end
. Manage beef product orders and delivery
. Liaise with suppliers, clients and logistics partners
. Support and complete tasks assigned by management
. Perform Meeting minutes and meeting records

Job Requirements

. Good English (written & spoken) 
. Strong MS office skills
. Prefer to experience in admin/ sales/ export
. Detail-oriented and enthusiastic to grow in export & import businesses
