Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support daily human resources and administrative operations at Guston Amava Ltd. in Thanlyin, Yangon. The role ensures smooth office coordination, employee support, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle administrative matters related to government offices including MJTD, TSMC, MIC, Immigration Office, and Labour Office for submission letters, license renewals, and compliance documentation.
● Manage expatriate processes such as entry visa applications, stay permit applications, visa renewals, labour card applications, and renewals in a timely manner.
● Arrange transportation, hotel accommodation, and necessary support for visitors, buyers, auditors, and expatriates visiting the factory.
● Conduct hostel inspections and monitor cleanliness, safety, discipline, and overall hostel management to ensure proper living conditions.
● Organize and coordinate factory events, employee activities, celebrations, training programs, and other employee engagement activities.
● Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, disciplinary control, and employee record management

● Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations in compliance with company policies and government regulations..

Job Requirements

● Any graduate with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Administration field, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry.
● Must have experience in handling government submission processes related to MJTD, TSMC, MIC, Immigration Office, and Labour Office
● Strong knowledge of visa application, stay permit, labour card renewal, license renewal, and expatriate administration processes.
● Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with government officials and external parties.
● Able to handle recruitment, interview coordination, training arrangement, disciplinary matters, and employee relations effectively.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and email communication.
● Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel when required.
● Experience in the clothing, garment, or textile industry is an advantage.

● Must be organized, able to work under pressure, and preferably stay in Thanlyin or Kyauk Tan area.
