Job Description

Developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

​ Implementing appraisal systems and providing guidance to department heads on employee development and disciplinary actions.

​Overseeing payroll administration, insurance, and ensuring salary structures remain competitive.

​Acting as a point of contact for employee grievances and fostering a positive company culture through engagement initiatives.

​Identifying skill gaps and organizing training sessions or workshops to enhance employee performance.

​Maintaining the physical office space, managing lease agreements, and overseeing cleaning or maintenance services.

​Managing relationships with vendors and overseeing the purchase of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.

​Creating and updating the Employee Handbook and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

​Ensuring the company adheres to local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

​(If applicable) Managing company vehicles and coordinating travel arrangements for executives.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

​ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or HR certification is often preferred.

​Typically 5–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

​​ Deep knowledge of local employment acts and industrial relations.

​ Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ERP software, and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

​Ability to manage departmental budgets and analyze cost-saving opportunities in administrative spending.

​​Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive personnel data.

​The ability to remain neutral and solve interpersonal disputes effectively.

​Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and presenting to staff.

​Being able to pivot between high-level strategic planning and hands-on administrative tasks.

- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
