Admin Executive (M/ F - 3 Posts)
Duties & Responsibilities-
▶General administrative tasks
▶Assist in travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements.
▶In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
▶Ensure meeting rooms are neat, tidy and presentable and in tip-top condition at all times
Responsible for requisition of office supplies (stationery and pantry item)
▶Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
▶Any ad-hoc activities as assigned

Job Requirements

▶Diploma / Degree in Administration or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
▶Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Power point)
