Job Description

Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department.
Ensure the office is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and that all office equipment is functioning properly and well-maintained.
Review, verify, and approve administrative payments for the head office and branch offices.
Supervise and control inventory management of stationery, packing materials, and fixed assets.
Develop, implement, and communicate company policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines as required.
Coordinate and carry out administrative assignments directed by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Manage procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders.
Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoice-related issues with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, HACCP requirements, and HSE regulations.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve administrative efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in procurement and vendor management.
Ability to analyze administrative processes and align initiatives with corporate objectives.
Knowledge of inventory control and asset management practices.
Must possess valid ISO, HACCP, and HSE certifications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, or managing SOPs.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
