Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the Japanese Training Center and agency office efficiently
  • Ensure office systems, administrative policies, rules, and procedures are properly implemented and maintained
  • Supervise administrative staff, support personnel, and student service operations
  • Coordinate classroom arrangements, training schedules, student accommodation, and facility management
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, security, and asset control to maintain a professional learning environment
  • Monitor office supplies, inventory, procurement processes, and vendor coordination
  • Support Japanese language training programs and ensure smooth communication between students, teachers, and management
  • Maintain operational efficiency, workplace discipline, and compliance with center regulations and Japanese workplace standards
  • Prepare administrative reports, student records, attendance tracking, and internal documentation accurately
  • Coordinate events, orientations, meetings, and activities related to Japanese training programs
  • Handle confidential administrative information and ensure proper document management
  • Support management in improving operational processes and student services

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Operations Management
  • Experience in Japanese Language Schools, Overseas Employment Agencies, Education Sector, or Training Centers preferred
  • Experience supervising teams and office operations is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capability
  •  Strong reporting and documentation management skills
  •  Customer service-oriented mindset
