Job Summary
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth office management within the company. This role includes supervising administrative staff, managing office facilities and resources, coordinating internal operations, and supporting overall business efficiency. The Admin Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and maintain effective communication across departments.
Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily office administration and operational activities.
  • Supervise administrative staff, assign duties, and monitor work performance.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, assets, and inventory effectively.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, facility management, and workplace safety.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies and procedures.
  • Handle vendor communications, service agreements, and contract management.
  • Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and control operational expenses.
  • Organize meetings, business schedules, company events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative coordination when required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Improve workflow processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and office operations is preferred.
  • Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
