Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to lead daily office operations, improve administrative efficiency, and support cross-functional teams at Nay La Myint Mo Co., Ltd. This role needs strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow across departments.
● Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and general maintenance to support business needs.
● Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service quality.
● Coordinate documentation, filing systems, records, and internal communication processes.
● Support management with reports, meetings, scheduling, and other administrative activities.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
● Liaise with external service providers and handle office-related procurement and arrangements.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in administrative management or office operations, ideally in trading.
● Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff and external parties.
● Proficient in MS Office applications and administrative documentation processes.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and solve problems efficiently under pressure.
● Experience in team supervision and process improvement is an advantage.
● Based in Yangon, Shwepyithar, and able to work at manager level.
