Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office management, facilities, and assets. Supervise administrative staff at the YGN and NPT office to ensure smooth operations.

  • Policy Execution: Implement administrative policies and procedures as directed by the Admin Manager or Management.

  • Government & External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government offices and external stakeholders regarding administrative and tender-related matters.

  • Compliance & Licensing: Maintain and manage all company licenses and registrations. Lead the online license update processes to ensure the company remains in full legal compliance.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed regular administrative and operational reports to the Admin Manager or Management.

  • Logistics & Travel: Coordinate complex logistics, including transportation and travel arrangements for staff and operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administration and office management.

  • Technical Skills: Strong IT knowledge and high proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.

  • Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills; ability to work independently while managing a remote team.
