Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of office, factory, warehouse, and outlets.
  • Manage company facilities, maintenance, utilities, and security systems.
  • Supervise office staff such as admin team, drivers, cleaners, and security guards.
  • Handle government licenses, permits, renewals, and compliance matters.
  • Manage company vehicles, fuel usage, servicing, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate office supplies purchasing and inventory control.
  • Support HR department in attendance, staff welfare, accommodation, and employee services.
  • Control admin budget and monitor expenses effectively.
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal activities.
  • Solve administrative issues quickly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of admin experience.
  • At least 2 years in managerial level.
  • Experience in F&B industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of government processes, licenses, and legal compliance.
  • Strong problemsolving and decision-making ability.
  • Good budgeting and cost control skills.
  • Able to manage multiple branches / outlets.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Email).
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
