  • Oversee daily administrative operations for distribution centers and branch offices
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and support services.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and procurement teams.
  • Support transportation scheduling and operational administration.
  • Prepare and manage administration budgets.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain licenses, permits, insurance, and legal documentation.
  • Lead and supervise administration staff and support teams.
  • Prepare administrative and operational reports for management.
  • Analyze operational efficiency and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Must have knowledge of vehicle/Generator maintenance
  • At least 7-10 years of Admin Manager Only experience.
  • Experience in distribution, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain industry preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, planning, organizational and time management skills
