Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and responsible Admin Officer – Vehicle to manage the company's fleet operations and ensure that all vehicles are safe, compliant, and efficiently utilized to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize daily vehicle schedules and routes based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor vehicle movements through the GPS tracking system and analyze route performance.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.
  • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for company vehicles.
  • Coordinate with workshops and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage vehicle registration, road tax, insurance renewals, and related documentation.
  • Monitor the validity of drivers' licenses and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle vehicle accident cases and coordinate insurance claims and corrective actions.
  • Supervise drivers' attendance, leave, overtime, and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic laws.
  • Prepare monthly fleet operation reports and other management reports.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and support continuous improvement of fleet operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet administration, vehicle management, transportation, or a related role.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and transportation management.
  • Experience using GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid Myanmar driving license is an advantage.
