Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor and review daily motor vehicle usage logs and submit monthly report to the Department Head.
  • Arrange vehicle routes and prepare petrol payment requests for vehicles, and office-related expenses.
  • Prepare and report monthly usage list of the generator fuel.
  • Arrange and participate in company events and activities.
  • Prepare and manage store materials requested by other departments.
  • Manage and coordinate with various vendors, including vehicle workshops, printing services, and air con services.
  • Support office daily operations.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Acknowledge of vehicle management.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
