Job Description

-To record and keep internal and external documents .

-Preapare the meeting and taking the meeting minutes.

-Distribute and provide the necessary supports to other departments .

-Accept to perform any other duties as per assigned by MD, Director and Admin/HR  manager .

-Recheck and finalize monthly report.

-Check and perform staff are performing their individuals working instructions correctly on daily operation .

-Checking the vehicle and subbmiting to admin manager daily.

-Creating, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.

-Have to check the wearhouse operation when needed .

Job Requirements

-Typically requires  an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

-Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and high attention to detail.

-1 to 2 years work experience in office administration.

-Self-motivation , leadership and good decision making.
