· Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and assets.
· Manage office supplies, stationery, and service vendors; ensure cost control.
· Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for administrative matters.
· Manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records using the Global HR Software.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 or 3 year experience at a administration fields.
· Strong coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
· Good knowledge of administrative and basic HR processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
