  • Oversee general office administration across multiple business units.
  • Manage asset and inventory control, including tagging, tracking, and audit coordination.
  • Ensure smooth facility management and vendor coordination across all locations.
  • Standardise document control systems and support regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Coordinate administrative support for procurement, travel, fleet, and internal logistics.
  • Supervise admin staff at head office and coordinate with admin teams at subsidiaries.
  • Liaise with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to provide cross-functional administrative support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/ managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of facility operations, asset control, and office systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and admin-related systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Burmese and English.
  • Ability to travel between sites as required.
