An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Procurement Unit.
  • Conduct inquiry processes with suppliers and vendors for required purchase items.
  • Maintain and organize purchase records and other important data, including data entry.
  • Support and coordinate with team members and other departments as needed.
  • Arrange and conduct survey activities for projects.
  • Assist in the delivery process of purchased products.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic proficiency in 4 Skills English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administrative or related work.
  • Candidates with a strong willingness to grow with the company long-term are encouraged to apply.
