  • Support in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs
  • Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and tender regulations
  • Review terms & conditions, risk factors, and pricing structures
  • Maintain supplier database and ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
  • Successful submission of compliant and competitive tenders
  • Accurate procurement planning and cost control
  • Support budgeting, cost estimation, and pricing for tenders

Job Requirements

  • MBA holder or Any Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or other relative field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Tendering.
  • Experience in tender preparation and proposal development, vendor management & negotiation skills.
  • Support end-to-end procurement processes, conduct supplier sourcing, identify cost-saving opportunities, contact new suppliers through market research.
  • Dealing and Negotiating with Supplier (Oversea and Local) for quotation and payment propose for all Transmission Line materials and Substation Materials.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, Analyze cost, pricing, and supplier performance
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes & contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with HV, MV, LV systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Transmission & distribution systems (HV/MV/LV).
