Support in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with requirements
Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs
Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines and quality standards
Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and tender regulations
Review terms & conditions, risk factors, and pricing structures
Maintain supplier database and ensure cost-effective procurement
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance
Successful submission of compliant and competitive tenders
Accurate procurement planning and cost control
Support budgeting, cost estimation, and pricing for tenders

Job Requirements

MBA holder or Any Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or other relative field.
4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Tendering.
Experience in tender preparation and proposal development, vendor management & negotiation skills.
Support end-to-end procurement processes, conduct supplier sourcing, identify cost-saving opportunities, contact new suppliers through market research.
Dealing and Negotiating with Supplier (Oversea and Local) for quotation and payment propose for all Transmission Line materials and Substation Materials.
Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, Analyze cost, pricing, and supplier performance
Strong knowledge of procurement processes & contract management.
Hands-on experience with HV, MV, LV systems is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Transmission & distribution systems (HV/MV/LV).
