  • Direct report to HOD and senior management.
  • Ensure all units under the division function smoothly and staff are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently in line with company’s policies.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support goals of organization.
  • Build and maintain departmental structure adaptable with organizational standards and practices.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other departments and divisions to ensure smooth operation of the company.
  • Supervise operation processes within an insurance practice to promote operation efficiency.
  • Anticipate implications and consequences of situations and prepare contingency plans to take appropriate actions.
  • Monitor enterprise risk and coordinate with Risk Management Committee.
  • Manage agreements and relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor/’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and have strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
