  • Supervise daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and display of fresh produce.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule staff in the department.
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Ensure staff follow hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Provide product knowledge support to customers and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail fresh produce operations.
  • Experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of fresh produce handling and quality standards
  • Good computer skills (POS, inventory systems, Excel)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
