The Agency Unit Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and business growth. This role focuses on driving recruitment initiatives, coaching and mentoring team members, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
The position requires strong leadership, performance management, and communication skills to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service standards. The Agency Unit Manager will monitor team performance, provide ongoing guidance, and foster a motivated, results-oriented culture.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Yangon, offering flexibility and growth opportunities within the insurance industry.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of agents
• Drive recruitment and team expansion initiatives
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitor performance to achieve company targets
• Ensure outstanding customer service standards
