𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Process Management, or a similar role.
-3–5 years of experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
-Proven experience in developing and implementing sales SOPs, workflows, and performance management processes.
-Minimum 4 years of supervisory or people management experience.
-Strong analytical, leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales performance reporting tools.
