  • Develop and implement the annual sales training strategy and calendar.
  • Conduct induction, product, and selling skills training for the sales team.
  • Support new product launches through structured training programs.
  • Train managers on field coaching and improve coaching effectiveness.
  • Drive digital learning initiatives and monitor learning compliance.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, or Sales Training.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning & Development, product training, and selling skills.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in digital learning and capability development.
