  • Develop and implement air freight sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and accounts.
  • Resolve client concerns and provide post-sale support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and service improvements based on market feedback.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of air freight forwarding
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
    • Able to communicate confidently with international clients, airlines, and overseas agents.
    • Capable of writing professional emails, proposals, and reports in English.
    • Comfortable in making sales presentations and participating in meetings conducted in English.
