Job Description

•   Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
•   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
•   Monitor and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure.
•   Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of customer orders.
•   Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
•   Analyze competitor pricing to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
•   Work closely with sales, technical, procurement, and operations teams.
•   Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
•   Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners.
•   Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
•   Stay updated on IT products, solutions, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

•   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
•   3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development.
•   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•   Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
•   Must be able to work under the company’s rules, policies, and code of conduct.
