  • Architectural Design: Lead the design of complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
  • Clean Coding: Write well-documented, high-quality, and testable code.
  • Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor to junior staff, conducting thorough code reviews and sharing best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshooting: Solve high-level production issues and "hard" bugs that require deep system knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Core Stack: Expertise in [e.g., PHP, Asp.net, C#].
  • Database Mastery: Deep understanding of RDBMS (MSSQL, MySQL) ; experience optimizing complex queries.
  • System Design: Proven experience with Microservices, RESTful APIs.
  • Testing: Unit and Integration testing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
