  • Discuss and present solution to customers during need analysis
  • Guide, train and assist in testing, training and overall implementation of software
  • Requirement gathering, gap analysis, proposing best practices as well as walk-around solutions for successful project implementation
  • Responsible to deal with customer requirements and communicate effectively with project team
  • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction at all time.
  • Responsible to prepare necessary documentation and manual when needed
  • Responsible to provide reports, communicate and escalate to management timely

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce or equivalent
  • Good knowledge, skills and experience in Enterprise Software such as ERP, HRM, etc
  • Domain knowledge in banking, distribution or manufacturing is preferable.
  • Mind-Set and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to work and cope with challenges and stress
  • Willingness to travel locally or to overseas when needed or given assignments
  • Accounting knowledge or LCCI level 2 will be an added advantage
