Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans for various building types.
Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from conception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Address design challenges and provide solutions during the construction phase.
Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong visualization, design, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
