  • Lead design development from concept to final construction drawings
  • Review and approve architectural drawings, details, and specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Supervise junior architects and Report to Design Manager
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance
  • Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
  • Present design proposals and resolve project-related issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 5+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rendering Software (V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, etc..)
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough understanding of building codes and construction me
