Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving assigned regional sales targets and business objectives.
Supervise, control, and guide sales teams by assigned territories to improve overall performance and productivity.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective credit control and outstanding management in accordance with company policies.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit sales plans, forecasts, and reports on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Must hold a university degree from a recognized institution and possess a Sales Professional Diploma.
Minimum of 4–6 years of sales experience, with proven experience in leading and supervising sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform sales planning, analysis, and reporting effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region and ability to work under sales target pressure.
