Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for wholesale and retail energy
  • Identify, originate, and close first-wave clients and partners
  • Structure and negotiate energy contracts (power, gas, PPAs, supply agreements)
  • Build sales pipeline, pricing inputs, and commercial frameworks from scratch
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with founders, trading, legal, and operations to set up processes
  • Willing to travel as needed

Job Requirements

  • More prefer minimum 5+ years’ experience in energy business development, sales, or trading support
  • Strong understanding of wholesale and/or retail energy markets
  • Experience in market entry, start-ups, or building businesses from zero preferred
  • Proven deal-making, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
