  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors in the assigned area.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • Must have at least (3)year experience in mobile phone/ electroinc industry.  
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop effective strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the mobile phone market trends, products, and competitors.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geographical area.
