Job Description

  1. Facilitate dealers on doing business and monitor P&L.
  2. Ensure dealer sales-in and stocks holding to be in line with monthly target allocated.
  3. Monitor sales performance and visit call to be in line with company guideline.
  4. Recommend revision of the route plan and request for additional manpower when the area has more business potential than original projection and over current coverage capacity.
  5. Resolve market and operation issues within the area.
  6. Provide market intelligent to the company.
  7. Set yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales target and promotion budget for distributor
  8. Ensure product visibility and availability with right pricing

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. A minimum of 5 years in sales management experience preferably proven experience in FMCGs or other related customer driven organizations
  3. Have experience in filed Traditional Trade and Distributor management would be advantage.
  4. Understands what it takes to win in the marketplace.
  5. Able to travel.
  6. Able analyze market information including presentations to executives’ level
