Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 Provide market analysis information relating to competitors, trends and activities.
 Responsible for relative Facebook page & promote social media
 Organize promotion events of the Brands) - (Launching, Sponsorship, Exhibition, Road Show,
Lucky Draw etc.,).
 Set appropriate pricing of the optical, and parts
 Organize and provide product training to sales staff
 Support, monitor and check the sales & stock reports, advertising model and product defects
 Conduct market visits to retail shops and follow to brand guideline
 Visit to POS to monitor in store merchandising & aptness of product displays and brand
positioning
 Ensure to allocate and replenish the right products (models)to the specific locations according to
purchased power of the end users
 Develop working schedule and route plan
 Responsible for product discount schemes, expo sales, corporate sales and head office sales
ensuring the proper transactions are in place
Collaborate and cooperate with marketing communications section for all advertising, promotion,
publicity, interactive marketing etc.

 Cooperate and collaborate with other departments for effective operations of the Brand(s)
 Manage and supervise the brand Team (Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Staff etc.)
 Make sure sales targets are hit and focusing future sales
 Attend the international business meeting and occasional event
 Plan budget for purchase order (optical, pop items, spare parts, and gift items)
 Prepare product knowledge training for sales staff
 Provide monthly media plan in cooperate with marketing department
 Develop Monthly Progress Report
 Closely monitor international optical trend and set appropriate pricing of the optical and parts
 Monitor and check inventory and sell-out report (PSI) for responsible brand

Job Requirements

. Any Graduate (MBA or Degree Holder of Sales and Marketing Field is preferable)
. 3 years above experience in Brand management field and overseas exposure
. Ability to perform the tasks effectively, result-oriented, Excellent interpersonal skills and Good
analytical skill.
. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision Knowledge of Marketing and Business
Management
. Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar, Multicultural Awareness and
Respectable Social Dealing.
. Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
. Able to travel both domestic and abroad
