About the job

  • As an assistant brand manager, you’ll be responsible to develop the brand plan, in align with the brand objectives and company’s 9-grid, from the situation analysis and consumer’s insights for Black Eagle, and to implement the plan to achieve objectives.
  • You’ll also be responsible to support the Brand Manager in the development of new and existing tactics and activities, from collecting consumer insights to planning and execution of brand activations by working closely with respective teams such as trade
  • marketing and sales team, in align with brand strategy to achieve brand objectives.
  • You’ll lead given brand projects, through the collaboration with the respective agencies and internal teams, making sure the implementation of the plans is in align with brief, and make decision based on the facts and figures through the market analysis and
  • reports with clear recommendations for action.
  • You’ll be shared the responsibility of delivering the brand objectives such as sales volume growth, volume share growth and keeping A&P within budget, with the brand manager.

Competency Requirements

  • A strong self-starter with willingness to take accountability and responsibility, and passion to drive results in a pressured environment.
  • Willingness to learn through continuous coaching, on-the-job learning, and functional training in alignment with the individual development plan.
  • A pleasant, sociable, and outgoing individual with good interpersonal skills, able to manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver common goals.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel if required (quarterly out-of-town market visits and weekly in-town market visits).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Brand Marketing / Trade Marketing / Key Account Servicing
  • Experience in the FMCG / F&B industry would be an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written English language
