Job Description

  • Maintain accounts (GL, AP, AR, Cash) accurately.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Handle CT, IT, and WHT tax filings.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments.
  • Execute foreign currency transfers (TT/SWIFT).
  • Comply with Central Bank and FX regulations.
  • Prepare tender costing and pricing analysis.
  • Support bid/no-bid decisions and tender evaluation.
  • Verify financial documents for tender submission.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (PO) with approvals.
  • Coordinate Payment Guarantees (PG) and supplier payments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA / ACCA preferred.
  • 5–8 years relevant accounting experience.
  • Experience in taxation (CT, IT, WHT).
  • Knowledge of tender costing, PO, and PG processes.
  • Experience in foreign currency transfers and cash flow management.
