  • Set up Monthly Sales Target Plan and Sales Reporting
  • Stay up to date on current market trends
  • Find new dealer shops and achieve sales
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
  • Monitor competitors act on price, product and delivery
  • Review each salesperson performance and feedback
  • Attend to customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report to Distribution Manager & BOD

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate and Marketing Diploma (or) Marketing Certificate.
  • Must have above 5 years experiences in sales and marketing field.
  • Must have good Communication Skill, Sales Planning, Clients Relationship, Market knowledge, Accounting knowledge, Presentation and Negotiation.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
