Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Payment processes, and manage office-related contracts (e.g., rentals, transportation….).
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements and handle asset management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in line with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters, including policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate uniform, business cards, and employee ID card, SSB, Stationary & Medicine arrangements.
  • Provide timely support to the HR Manager on HR management tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 month ~ 1 years of HR or relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
