To provide the Strategic management to local team.• Assigned to the director, five branches (5) at the Back Office (Management, Accounts and Finance Department, HR, Purchase Department, and Sales) In order to organize and coordinate the responsibilities of the department, coordination and oversight must be performed.• The company's Fix asset maintenance securities must be strictly monitored.• Employees must be supervised to comply with compliance with company regulations, to organize, and to issue the necessary coordination and orders for adequate employee safety.• Occasionally, strict supervision must be performed to prepare orders and comply with instructions.• In matters of purchase needed for the project, it must be monitored in accordance with the list of items and the regulations of the accounting procedure.• Monitoring the accuracy and timely coordination of communication between the departments and the steps of the upper team.• Guidelines must be provided to organize centralized/correspondence issues and improve the office forms of staff.• If actions that are inconsistent with financial practices are found, they must be prepared in a timely manner.• Supervise the administration, punishment, and evacuation of staff appointed by various departments in accordance with employment regulations.• Monitoring the company's full revenue and expenses must be monitored in accordance with financial regulations.• To build a partnership or mutual relationship between an organization and government.• The implementation of the assembly and the coordination of the needs must be made.

Job Requirements
Any bachelor degree or Master of business administration.
- Good Knowledge of different business functions.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in related field - Strong Leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly Organized and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power Point).
