1. Business Strategy & Growth
    •    Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and expansion plans
    •    Identify new market opportunities (inbound, outbound, FIT, group tours, corporate travel)
    •    Drive revenue growth and profitability
    •    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

2. Operations Management
    •    Oversee daily operations including ticketing, visa services, and tour operations
    •    Ensure smooth execution of group tours, customized itineraries, and incentive travel
    •    Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
    •    Improve operational efficiency and cost control

3. Sales & Marketing
    •    Lead sales strategies to increase bookings and market share
    •    Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and promotional activities
    •    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
    •    Support product development and pricing strategies

4. Partnership & Supplier Management
    •    Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners
    •    Negotiate competitive rates and contracts
    •    Explore global partnerships for better product offerings

5. Financial Management
    •    Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting
    •    Monitor cash flow, revenue streams, and expenses
    •    Ensure financial targets and KPIs are achieved

6. Team Leadership & HR
    •    Lead, mentor, and manage staff across departments
    •    Build a strong and motivated team culture
    •    Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management

7. Compliance & Risk Management
    •    Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies
    •    Handle crisis management (flight disruptions, customer issues, etc.)
    •    Maintain company reputation and service quality

Job Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
    •    Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
    •    Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
    •    Strong knowledge of ticketing, visa processing, and tour operations
    •    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    •    Strong business acumen and financial management skills
    •    Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications
    •    Experience managing outbound and inbound tour operations
    •    Established industry network (airlines, hotels, DMCs)
    •    Experience with GDS systems and travel technology
    •    Multilingual skills are an advantage
