  • Collaborate closely with the Agency Supervisor and Management to provide proactive and strategic support to the agency sales channel.
  • Take a leading role in identifying, developing, and implementing sales opportunities and initiatives to drive agency productivity and growth.
  • Contribute to building and strengthening an effective, high- performing Agency Distribution Channel.
  • Work in partnership with the recruitment team to lead and support agent recruitment and manpower growth within the cluster.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and agency staff to foster development and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated with 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
