Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager for Sales & Marketing is responsible for supporting the DGM in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand presence in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies and action plans.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
• Manage and guide the sales team, setting individual targets and monitoring performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Marketing Management:

• Support the development of annual marketing plans and budgets.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Manage the company’s digital marketing presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and social media channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for marketing materials and activities.

General Management:

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Participate in key negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
• Assist in the training and development of the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of [8] years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least [3-5] years in a managerial role.
