  • Cross-functional Collaboration
     Align with pre-sales, engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
     
  • Key Account Management
     Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise customers, lead complex negotiations and ensure retention.
     

Market Insight

  •  Monitor tech trends, competitor activity, and client challenges to refine solution design and sales approach.

Governance & Compliance

  •  Ensure all engagements adhere to internal governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
     
  • MBA preferred
     
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales with 3+ years in digital/cloud/enterprise software leadership
     
  • Proven track record in hitting or exceeding revenue goals
     
  • Deep knowledge of cloud solutions, SaaS, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation frameworks
     
  • Strong team leadership, client engagement, and partnership management experience
     
  • Skilled in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and digital sales enablement
     
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities
