Job Description

  • Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
     
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
     
  • Oversee key enterprise accounts and develop strong client relationships at the senior level.
     
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
     
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
     
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, monitor competition, and adapt strategies accordingly.
     
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to executive leadership.
     
  • Represent 5BB at industry events, customer forums, and strategic partnerships.
     
  • Drive initiatives to optimize sales processes and improve team efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years in sales leadership roles, preferably in telecom, ISP, or IT services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional or national sales teams to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise internet services, networking solutions, and SLAs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.
