We are now seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our national commercial organization. This mission-critical role is responsible for shaping and executing our sales and marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, strengthening brand presence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide sales & marketing strategy to achieve revenue, customer growth, and market leadership.

• Oversee and optimize sales operations, channel development, and nationwide field force of 100+ professionals.

• Drive brand development, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement to strengthen market positioning.

• Implement and enhance CRM platforms, digital sales channels, and data-driven performance dashboards.

• Serve as a key advisor to the Executive Board, providing insights on sales forecasting, customer trends, and market opportunities.

• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through talent development, training, and engagement strategies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and ethical commercial practices.

🔹 Key Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Strategy.

• Cross-industry candidates are welcome — experience in direct-to-consumer businesses (Telecom, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Banking, Consumer Services, etc.) will be highly valued.

• Proven success in managing and scaling large sales & marketing organizations (100+ team members).

• Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive revenue, customer acquisition, and brand growth targets.

• Strong expertise in digital transformation, CRM systems, data analytics, and omni-channel marketing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at both strategic and operational levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Fluency in English and Myanmar is highly desirable.
