•    Assist in developing annual internal audit plans based on risk assessment.
    •    Lead and supervise internal audit engagements across departments, branches, and projects.
    •    Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
    •    Prepare audit working papers, findings, and recommendations in line with International Internal Audit Standards (IIA).
    •    Draft clear and concise audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.
    •    Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
    •    Provide advisory support on risk, compliance, and process improvements.
    •    Supervise and mentor junior auditors, ensuring proper training and development.
    •    Ensure compliance with Myanmar laws, regulations, and company policies.
    •    Support special audits, investigations, and ad hoc assignments as required.

    •    Minimum 5-7 years of progressive audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    •    Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and financial reporting.
    •    Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
    •    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
    •    Good command of English and Myanmar language (verbal and written).
    •    High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and audit tools/software.
    •    Strong ethics, integrity, and professional judgment.
