We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to lead the internal audit function, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and identify areas for improvement across all departments. The ideal candidate will oversee risk-based audits, supervise audit teams, and provide strategic insights to senior management.

• Develop and execute the internal audit plan based on risk assessment.
• Manage and perform audits of operational, financial, and compliance processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Review and finalize audit working papers and reports to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation by management.
• Report significant issues related to risk management, control, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Present audit findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification required (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIA).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in internal or external audit, with at least 3years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing & trading sectors are preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, and auditing standards.
